Sanje Prabha Tumkur: Thuruvekere: Pujya Swami Mangalanandanathnandji Maharaj, President of Ramakrishna Math Madihalli, gave a message to the students that children should develop the attitude of helping others in their future life.
A scholarship distribution ceremony was organized for about 60 students of the year 2024-25 by Infosys Foundation at Ramkrishna Math Badarikashrama Vidya School in Madihalli village of Taluk on Thursday. Speaking at the inauguration of the ceremony, Infosys, a philanthropic organization known as Kodugaidani, is continuously providing social services to various sectors in the country, like every year. Year also for the talented students of our school It is commendable that the scholarship is being given by Vati. On behalf of his organization, he requested to give more scholarships to more talented students in the coming years, to facilitate the education of more students and to promote education, and on behalf of our Math, students and parents, he expressed his heartfelt thanks to the Infosys Foundation. Children, who have received the help of such organizations that are helping you, by doing good studies, in the days to come, they will also develop the spirit of helping others and wish them the best for their future academic future by blessing them to follow the ideals of such charitable organizations.
Taluk Grade 2 Tehsildar Smt. Sumathi and Taluk Physical Education Officer Siddappa Walekar distributed the scholarship checks to the students en masse and advised many useful information about children’s safety, time consciousness, further education future.
Sachin Mayasandra, a parent and treasurer of the Taluk Journalists’ Association, said that by expressing appreciation for the beautiful environment in the Math, the care of the children and the good education provided by the teachers, he expressed his gratitude to the management of the Ramakrishna Math for teaching good manners to the students and to the Infosys Foundation for providing scholarships.
On this occasion, the school administration, students and guests paid special tribute to Major Sandeep Unnikrishnan, who was martyred in the Mumbai terrorist attack on November 28.
